What we collect
During your session, Illumemo processes your first name, age, gender, race/ethnicity, education level, sleep quality, and responses to the 10 assessment questions, used solely to generate your STMPI score.
What we don't collect
We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided during payment. No tracking cookies. No third-party marketing data sharing.
Session-only processing
Your assessment data lives only in your browser session and is not transmitted to or stored on any Illumemo servers. Closing your tab permanently erases all data.
Newsletter and email communications
If you subscribe to the Your Brain Health newsletter, we collect your first name, last name, and email address solely for the purpose of delivering your weekly newsletter and communicating important updates about your subscription. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. We use your information only to improve your experience and to serve you content relevant to your brain health journey. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. We comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. For data deletion requests, contact Illumemo Support.
Payment data
If you purchase the full report, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Illumemo never sees or stores your card details. A minimal, non-identifying purchase token is stored server-side only to confirm your payment when you return to the results page.
